Features

	1.High Speed Printing This VS-2602TX direct-to-textile printer is equipped with 2 EPSON DX5 piezo inkjet print heads, working 4 pass modes at the speed of 285 square feet per hour. It is the correct choice for printing on dedicated textiles, flags and other materials.
	2. Groove Design of Print Platform In the print of thin fabric, the ink will penetrate the fabric through holes and remain at the back of the materials. The contaminated material leads to the failure of printing. Under such situations, we use the groove designed under the print platform of the direct-to-textile printer to collect the excessive ink. Even for the fabric with large holes, it is flexible for the machine to print well on.
	3. Rolling Device in Feeding System Once the handle is lifted, two rollers begin to clamp the print media in the middle. Then the fabric will move down with the rolling of the rollers.
	4. Static Removing Device As the fabric is easy to generate static on the surface, the ink is very difficult to drop on it without influence to get the ideal printing effect. Our direct-to-textile printer is specially mounted with the static removing device to realizing preeminent inking property.
	5. Tension Control Feeding System The tension control feeding system together with the tensioning system is very significant part for stopping the fabric from corrugating. The paralleled high precision rollers can keep the fabric feeding accuracy and deter the fabric from running out of control.
	6. Powerful Heating System There are three heating systems mounted in the machine in total. They make the fabric thoroughly heated evenly without losing color in the tensioning process.
	7. Driving System The driving system of the direct-to-textile printer is composed of the Panasonic servo motor and Taiwan reducer and it offers precise and stable transmission.
	8. Reliability Our device is designed to be bulletproof. It will be free of trouble for many years under the periodical maintenance.
	9. Optional Sublimation Heater The sublimation heater can be selected for printing and heating and users can place the finished product on the heater for drying.
