Order Details

1. Minimum Order
There is no minimum order requirement for machines. For consumable items, please contact a sales consultant to confirm the minimum number.

2. Payment Method
We accept payment through T/T in advance. Other accepted forms of payment include Western Union and Money Gram. Please ask our sales consultants for more details prior to making a payment.

3. Shipping Method
Sea shipping is the preferred method for large-format printers and consumable bulk orders. DHL is utilized for the majority of spare parts orders.

4. Delivery Lead Time
Printers and related equipment will be shipped within 7 working days. Material and inks are shipped within 10 working days. Please consult a sales representative for a more exact delivery time (may fluctuate according to stock status).

5. Warranty
One year warranty is provided for all printers. Free replacements are sent via DHL during the warranty period. Replaced parts are to be sent back.
