Laser Cutter Model: VS-1410

The laser cutter VS-1410 is part of the VISION CO2 laser engraver series. It is ideal for the processing of non-metal materials including wood, glass, paper, stone, cloth, fabric, leather, acrylic, marble, MDF/HDF, double color sheet, etc.

Optimized Structure

Built for stability, our machine are reinforced with high integrity solid steel frames. Engraving residue is collected in a drawer, enabling easy cleaning and maintenance.

Control System
The MPC control card is designed with DSP and FPGA technologies. It offers a solution for the technical bottleneck, a problem typically seen in the laser processing industry. We have designed the control panel with a user-friendly interface for intuitive operation of the machine. Included in the panel display are clearly defined parameters for important data such as the file name, output power, working time, cutting speed, and engraving speed. Output power can be adjusted and easily accessible from the control panel. Users can manipulate positioning of the laser head with the direction button.

High Speed Motion System
The high performance 3-phase step motor is coupled with a sturdy belt for great processing precision and engraving speeds of up to 1000mm/s. The maximum tolerance is set at 0.05mm. Advanced technology allows us to achieve uninterrupted curve cutting at speeds of 60mm/s (standard model) and 300mm/s (advanced model).

Powerful Software
1. The laser cutter software allows for the cutting, scribing, and engraving of vector diagrams at variable degrees of precision. 2. Optimized path selection greatly improves working efficiency. 3. Seamless connection is enabled for programs such as Wenti, AutoCAD, and CorelDRAW. AutoCAD hand-drawn curves can be processed. 4. Supported files formats include AI, BMP, DXF, GIF, and PLT. 5. Achieve 360° slope engraving. The slope can be freely adjusted without a speed limit. The only constraint is the laser processing depth. 6. Advanced color management provides support for all color combinations. Engraving sequence can be rearranged preferentially for partial or total output.

Laser Tube and Optical System
A finer focal beam with slighter degrees of light wane can be achieved with the gold coated silicon reflection mirror (10.6 um wavelength) and an imported ZnSe focus lens.

Air Pump
The air pump is installed behind the laser cutter. It blows smoke off the laser path to provide engraving and cutting kerf accuracy. The mouth of the pump can be found in the laser head.

Exhaust Fan
The exhaust fan provides ventilation, extracting smoke from the machine. It is also installed behind the machine. Air entry is admitted under the working table.

Industrial Chiller
The Teyu brand industrial chiller is utilized for its stability. The cooling system maintains the CO2 laser tube within an acceptable temperature range, prolonging its service life. This installation is fitted on the machine exterior. The cooling water pipes are linked with the laser tube.

Optional Accessory (Rotary Device)

The rotary device is available with 2 different specifications, i.e., type A and B. While both variations are designed for cylindrical engraving, type-A is more suited for lopsided objects with different size ends. Type-B is specifically designed for up-and-down working table lasers. It has been modified to accommodate a large variety of cylindrical shapes and sizes. This device can be easily adjusted for different lengths.
